How do I receive CME credit for a CD/DVD series?
If you have purchased a CD/DVD series, there is a URL located on the back of the CD/DVD cover on the bottom left hand corner that will take you to an online test. Type the URL in your web browser to get to the online test, fill in the information, complete the test, and click "submit" when you're finished. The test is then received, confirmed, and graded. The CME certificate is sent to the e-mail address provided.
How do I order extra CME tests for a CD/DVD series? To order additional CD/DVD CME tests you will need the name of the original purchaser. T o order additional CME tests or for more information, please contact Michelle Wallace at mwallace@proscan.com or 513-924-5197.
How much do extra CME tests for a CD/DVD series cost?
The cost of additional CD/DVD tests depends on which CD/DVD series you are purchasing and how many you order. For additional information or to order additional CME tests, please contact Michelle Wallace at mwallace@proscan.com or 513-924-5197.
How many questions must I get correct to receive CME credit on a CD/DVD series?
You must answer at least 70% of the questions correctly to receive CME credit. You may take the test more than once.
Is there an expiration date for claiming CME credit? Yes. All our CD/DVD series have a CME shelf life of three years from the original release date, which is listed on the back cover of the product.
How long will it take for me to receive my CME credit?
Please allow up to four weeks to receive CME credit by mail after completing a course and up to one week to receive CME credit by e-mail after completing a CD/DVD series.
Can I claim credit on part of a video/DVD series and then claim the rest of the credit later? Yes. However, we advise everyone to view the entire series and claim the credit all at one time, because this is more economical and allows you to receive CME credit quicker.
How do I access the CME test?

Once I've ordered a CD/DVD, will I receive a confirmation? Yes. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation by email.
What shipping method is used for a book/CD/DVD order? Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, we ship UPS ground service, which usually takes five to seven business days. Subject to availability, we do offer two-day or overnight Federal Express delivery at an additional cost. We also ship all international orders FEDEX.
What is the return policy on educational products? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the product that is returned, excluding shipping costs. No refunds will be made after 30 days. CME credit cannot be granted when a CD/DVD order is cancelled.
When I order a CD/DVD series, will it come with CME credit?
Yes. One test comes with each CD/DVD title purchased.
When I'm finished viewing the CD/DVD series, what do I do next? When you have completed viewing the portion for which you wish to claim credit, you will need to take the CME Test. If you have purchased a CD series, there is a link that will take you to an on-line test. There is a URL located on the CD/DVD cover on the bottom left hand corner that will take you to an online test. Type in the URL in your web browser to get to the online test, fill in the information, complete the test, and "click submit" when you're finished. The test is then received, confirmed, and graded. The CME certificate is sent to the e-mail address provided.

Upon verification of your payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration for the course, which includes confirmation of the amount you paid. This receipt can be used for reimbursement or for tax purposes. Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours.
What if I need to cancel my registration? Refunds for cancellations will be made up to one week prior to the course, minus a $50.00 processing charge. To cancel, contact Beth Smith at bethsmith@proscan.com or 513-924-5365. No refunds will be made on or after the cancellation deadline date for the course.

How do I schedule a Visiting Fellowship?
You can schedule a visiting fellowship by visiting our website at www.proscaneducation.com and filling out a Participant Profile located on the bottom of the Visiting Fellowship Program page.
How long is a Visiting Fellowship?
The length of a Visiting Fellowship is up to you. Visiting Fellowships are available by the day, week, or month(s).
How much does a Visiting Fellowship cost? The Visiting Fellowship is $385.00 a day.
Do I receive CME credit for attending a Visiting Fellowship?
Yes. You will receive six CME credits per day. Additional CME is available through the use of our extensive self-study materials and/or attendance at our daily Noon Lectures.
I have submitted my Participant Profile and a current CV for a Visiting Fellowship, what’s next?
