SEATING OPTIONS

For Courses Presented at ProScan Imaging in Cincinnati
In order to provide optimal comfort for all attendees, we have two settings for viewing our courses.

The podium for our featured speakers is located in the ProScan Imaging Theater. A seat is reserved in this room for those whose registrations arrive first, unless they express a preference for the Education Center.

Once the ProScan Imaging Theater is filled to capacity we seat attendees in our Education Center, which is conveniently located down the hallway in the same building. Attendees in the Education Center view the course on large LCD screens by videoconference links to the ProScan Imaging Theater.

Attendees in the Education Center also have the ability to ask and respond to questions through a room microphone. Many course attendees request and prefer this more casual seating. The seating is roomy, allowing attendees to easily get up and move around. All attendees share the same dining location, networking opportunities, access to our sponsors, and product demonstrations and are equally able to consult with the featured speakers during course breaks.
