ProScan Brings Ortho & Breast MRI Courses
"Down Under"

ProScan Imaging Education Foundation "took its show on the road" in a big way earlier this month, as Dr. Stephen J. Pomeranz presented his Orthopaedic and Breast MRI Reading courses in picturesque Sydney, Australia. With over 220 radiologists in attendance, both seminars proved to be resounding successes.

Held at the newly renovated Hilton Hotel Sydney, the courses featured lectures on the recognition of indications and applications of MRI, advanced interpretation techniques, and diagnosis of orthopaedic MRI and MR mammography studies.

"Dr. Pomeranz is as appealing to the young radiologists as he is to a seasoned one with both categories learning and benefiting immensely from his treasure trove of experience. He makes it easy," commented course participant Ajay Taranath, M.D.

Back in the U.S.A., the Foundation will offer three more courses on "Intense Breast MRI: with PET Screening and Mammography Correlation" courses throughout 2008. Scheduled for May 15 - 17, the next breast imaging course will be held at the ProScan Imaging Radiology Theater in Cincinnati. Dr. Pomeranz will also present his "Practical MSK MRI" course in Cincinnati from September 25 - 28.
