Recent sonography of the palpable finding demonstrated diffuse localized thickening of the subcutaneous fat, which was architecturally normal and showed no discrete mass. A left shoulder MRI had reported osteoarthritis and postsurgical changes, but the current area of interest was not within the field of view of a standard shoulder MRI. |
